Record that are sent with a (no save)-action on the button are not created permanently and are deleted again after the workflow has been executed.

Gelöscht während der Ausführung eines Workflows

Nach dem Absenden des Formulars wird der Vorgang erfolgreich erstellt. Durch die Konfiguration des Endpunktes Vorgang-löschen kann der Vorgang allerdings im Workflow wieder gelöscht werden.

After submitting the form, the record is successfully created. However, the record can be deleted again in the workflow by using the endpoint Delete-form-record. 

Automatische Löschung des Vorgangs durch Erkennung eines ungültigen Absendeknopfs

For this warning, the option “Validate submit button” must be activated in the form properties. It is then checked, if the button created in the Designer was also used to submit the form. Sometimes bots can try to submit the form using their own logic or create their own buttons.

This warning indicates an attempt to manipulate the form. The record is recognized as invalid form data and automatically deleted by the system. In the system settings, it can be specified if in this case an entry in the process log should be created.
