You will need the database backup and configuration files to restore the system after a failure.

Import the database backup and make a note of the access data for the database (database user).
Carry out steps 1 and 2 of the installation instructions.
Copy the configuration files to the appropriate directories (see data directories).
Restart Tomcat.
Open the administration interface of formcycle (http://servername:port/formcycle/).

If all data (database IP address, database user, DB encryption password) has remained the same, the system should be available again without further configuration.

If this is not the case, you will receive a corresponding message on the login screen. As a rule, the database is not found or the database user is different. In this case, log in as "sadmin" and update the relevant data in the Database area. After saving the changes, the system is updated and is available again after a short time.
