User groups
User groups are used for organizing users, facilitating the management of access rights to forms, mailboxes, processing status etc.. A user can, regardless of their role, belong to multiple user groups.
Access to inbox
In this area, the existing mailboxes of the group are assigned. Then, only the users of the corresponding group have access to the mailbox. After changing the assignment, this must be saved.
Users that are members of this group
In this area, the existing users of the group are assigned. After changing the assignment, this must be saved.
LDAP groups that belong to this group
In this area LDAP groups, that belong to this user group, can be assigned. All users of the selected LDAP group will be assigned to the user group.
